Parcel signing rule for international transit order:


1. REELBUY will not sign your parcel if it arrived with damaged packaging or doesn’t match our signing standard.


2. Once the parcel is accepted by the warehouse, REELBUY will arrange an inspection and check whether contains any potentially prohibited goods or not. After those tests then goods will be stored.


3. If your parcel or goods can not match the transportation requirement of AIR, vessel, truck, or others, REELBUY will remark in your order status and contact you for parcel returns issue.


4. REELBUY’s warehouse is at XIAMEN city, normally it will take 3~5 days to deliver the parcel to the warehouse, if you still can’t check your parcel details on REELBUY after 5days, please contact your local parcel carrier first, or contact REELBUY customer service for further assistance.

REELBUY will check the quantity, color, size, and others information of the goods. After the inspection is done, REELBUY will remove the original packaging and pack goods into a new ziplock bag, and store. (For the items which are fragile, or easy to break, or oversize, or in other special condition, REELBUY will keep your goods in original packaging, but subject to actual operation.)



REMINDER:

a.    Color difference, size measurement error, actual usage result, etc are not included in the inspection service;

b.    Electric appliances, digital products, peripheral products, or other functional products’ quality, model, accessories, etc are also not included in the inspection service.

c.    For “CD”, “Garage Kits” and other similar goods, REELBUY can only simply check the appearance without open wrapping, others are not included in the inspection service.
