Detailed agreement:


I. Confirmation and acceptance of service terms


The ownership and operation rights of the "Reelbuy" registered user service belong to "Shanghai Changsen Information Technology Co., Ltd.". The services provided must be strictly implemented in accordance with its published service charter, service terms, and operating rules. It also means that the user and "Reelbuy" have reached this agreement and accepted all its service terms.


2. Provision of service information


"Reelbuy" provides international express/logistics/consolidation services to users through the international Internet, using its own information and service platform. The consignee information provided by the user must be detailed, accurate, true and valid, and the user's personal email address must also be true and valid. When the information changes, it should be submitted to the "Reelbuy" customer service in a timely manner. If the information provided by the user is inaccurate or untrue, this website, mini program or APP will not be able to provide effective services. And it has the right to unilaterally suspend the service rights to the user.


3. User information protection principle


Respecting user privacy is a basic principle of "Reelbuy". Therefore, we will not disclose, change or disclose user's personal information to third parties and save it in the registered user service file of "Reelbuy", unless there is a legal permission requirement or we disclose it to third parties at the request of customers.


4. Rights in terms of service


"Reelbuy" reserves the right to modify or interrupt service at any time without notifying users, and this right does not need to be responsible to users or third parties.


5. User Account/Password Security Maintenance


Once you register as a user of this platform, you will have a member account, which is your username. When your username contains illegal or sensitive words on the Internet, Reelbuy has the right to modify it on your behalf. You will be legally responsible for all actions that occur with your username and password. Therefore, please keep your username and password properly and do not disclose them to any third party, otherwise, you will bear all legal consequences arising therefrom. If you find that your password may have been leaked, please change it in time. You can access the "Personal Information" in your "User Center" at any time to modify your password and information. You can also end the old account and reopen a new account, but you must notify our customer service staff immediately. So that the balance in your old account can be added to the new account.


6. User Management


Users will be solely responsible for the content of the information they publish. The use of the service by users is in accordance with all local laws, national laws and international legal standards applicable to the website services. Users must follow:


⑴ Information must be published in accordance with relevant Chinese laws and regulations.


⑵ Do not use the online registration user service to engage in illegal activities.


⑶ Do not interfere with or disrupt network services.


⑷ Comply with all network protocols, regulations and procedures for using online registered user services. Users must bear legal responsibility for their actions in the "Reelbuy" registered user service. If users spread or disseminate reactionary, pornographic or other information that violates national laws in the "Reelbuy" registered user service, we will record the system and provide it to the relevant departments as evidence that the user has violated the law. At the same time, delete this information immediately without notifying the user.


VII. Limited Liability


"Reelbuy" reserves the right to pursue compensation for any direct, indirect, accidental, special use of online membership services or illegal use of information transmitted by service users to damage or cause damage to the image and reputation of "Reelbuy".


VIII. Refusal to provide guarantees


Users explicitly agree that the use of email services is at the user's own risk. "Reelbuy" clearly states that it does not provide any type of guarantee, whether explicit or implicit. Users understand and accept that any information and materials depend on the user himself and bear all risks and responsibilities for system damage or data loss.


IX. Storage and Restriction of "Reelbuy" Registered User Service Information


"Reelbuy" does not set an upper limit on the amount of information transmitted, but this website reserves the right to determine whether the user's behavior complies with the requirements and spirit of the "Reelbuy" registered user service terms. If the user violates the terms of service, the account of the network registered user service will be terminated. The copyright of all content on this website belongs to "Reelbuy". Anyone who needs to reprint the website content must obtain authorization from "Reelbuy". Otherwise, it will be considered as infringement.


X. Value-added Service Compensation Standard


1. Basic Guarantee


1.1 If the item is lost during domestic storage due to company reasons, Reelbuy will compensate based on the actual value of the goods, with a maximum of no more than 500 yuan. Reelbuy will not be liable for compensation if the lost item is directly or indirectly caused by the user or the goods themselves;


1.2 If the goods are lost due to domestic express delivery, Reelbuy can assist the user in finding the package, but will not be liable for any compensation;


1.3 If the goods are completely lost during international transportation, Reelbuy will refer to the value of the goods and the basic insurance standard of RMB 20/KG, whichever is lower, and the upper limit of compensation shall not exceed one times the freight. The freight will be refunded if the goods are lost domestically, and will not be refunded if the goods are lost abroad (except when freight insurance is purchased). The return of the package due to force majeure or the recipient's own reasons (including but not limited to customs seizure, the recipient's failure to pay customs duties in time, and the parcel not being collected in time at the self-collection station) is not within the scope of basic compensation.


1.4 If the goods are partially damaged or lost during transportation, Reelbuy will compensate based on the depreciation value of the goods, but the maximum amount shall not exceed RMB 200.


1.5 Even if you choose basic insurance, you must comply with the following special agreements on different dedicated lines in this agreement.

2.2 Compensation standards for each line


2.2.1 Reelbuy Air Freight General Cargo Line/Sensitive Line


If the item is lost due to company reasons, Reelbuy will compensate based on the actual value of the goods, but the maximum amount shall not exceed the insured amount. Reelbuy will not be liable for compensation if the lost or detained items are directly or indirectly caused by the user or the goods themselves (such as contraband items are seized in the goods); if the delivery time exceeds 18 working days, it will be considered lost (except for customs inspection or other force majeure factors that make it impossible to deliver);


Dedicated line overtime compensation (need to purchase delay protection): if the standard time is exceeded by 5 working days (including the 5th day), Reelbuy will compensate 5 yuan/kg according to the billing weight of each package; if the standard time is exceeded by 10 working days (including the 10th day), Reelbuy will compensate 7 yuan/kg according to the billing weight of each package; if the standard time is exceeded by 10 working days, Reelbuy will compensate 8 yuan/kg according to the billing weight of each package; the above compensation amount shall not exceed 30% of the freight. Overtime compensation will be paid in one lump sum according to the total time exceeded after the package is delivered. No compensation can be obtained if you have not purchased delay protection.


If the goods are damaged during transportation, Reelbuy will compensate according to the depreciation value of the goods, but the maximum amount shall not exceed the insured amount.


Appendix:


1. Countries or regions where this insurance applies: the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and other EU countries (other countries are available separately)


2. For parcel insurance, in addition to the fixed amount, users can also fill in the insured amount by themselves. The insurance ratio is 1:20, the minimum insurance amount is 30 yuan, and the maximum insurance amount does not exceed 10,000 yuan;


3. This insurance clause only applies to all air freight general cargo special line/sensitive special line parcels under Reelbuy, and there is no return service abroad. If the parcel fails to be delivered due to the recipient's address or its own reasons, or the delivery fee is incurred again after returning to the overseas warehouse, it is not covered by the insurance, and the user shall bear the cost of return or re-delivery.


2.2.2 Reelbuy Time-Limited Delivery Route


If the item is lost due to company reasons, Reelbuy will compensate based on the actual value of the goods, but the maximum amount will not exceed the insured amount. Reelbuy does not assume compensation liability for lost or detained items caused directly or indirectly by the user or the goods themselves (such as prohibited items being seized in the goods); if the delivery time exceeds 10 working days, it will be considered lost (except for customs inspection or the need for the recipient to cooperate with customs clearance and other force majeure factors that make it impossible to deliver);


Time-limited delivery overtime compensation: if the delivery is not delivered for more than 3 days, 5 yuan/batch will be compensated for each day exceeding the limit; if the delivery is not delivered for more than 6 days, 10 yuan/batch will be compensated every day starting from the 7th day; if the delivery is not delivered for more than 10 days, 20 yuan/batch will be compensated every day starting from the 11th day until the compensation limit is reached; the maximum compensation shall not exceed 35% of the freight; if the delivery of the package is overdue or fails due to customs inspection or the recipient's own reasons, it is not within the scope of overtime compensation. Overtime compensation will be paid in one lump sum according to the total time exceeded after the package is delivered.


If the goods are damaged during transportation, Reelbuy will compensate according to the depreciation value of the goods, but the maximum amount shall not exceed the insured amount.


Appendix:


1. Countries or regions where this insurance applies: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and other countries that support time-limited delivery routes (please inquire for other regions and countries)


2. For package insurance, in addition to the fixed amount, users can also fill in the insurance amount by themselves. The insurance ratio is 1:20, the minimum insurance amount is 30 yuan, and the maximum insurance amount does not exceed 10,000 yuan;


3. This insurance clause only applies to all time-limited delivery routes under Reelbuy. If the delivery of the package is overdue or failed due to the recipient's address or other reasons, it is not covered. If there are additional costs, the user shall bear them by himself.


2.2.3 Reelbuy EMS air transport


If the item is lost due to company reasons, Reelbuy will compensate based on the actual value of the goods, but the maximum amount shall not exceed the insured amount. Reelbuy will not be liable for compensation if the lost or detained items are caused directly or indirectly by the user or the goods themselves (such as contraband items are seized in the goods); if the delivery time exceeds 15 working days, it will be considered lost (except for customs inspection or other force majeure factors that make it impossible to deliver);


EMS overtime compensation (need to purchase delay protection): if the standard time limit exceeds 15 working days (including the 15th day), Reelbuy will compensate 5 yuan/kg according to the billing weight of each package; if the standard time limit exceeds 18 working days (including the 18th day), Reelbuy will compensate 7 yuan/kg according to the billing weight of each package; if the standard time limit exceeds 20 working days, Reelbuy will compensate 8 yuan/kg according to the billing weight of each package; the above compensation amount shall not exceed 35% of the freight. If the delivery of the package is delayed or failed due to customs inspection or the recipient's own reasons, it is not within the scope of overtime compensation. For EMS air transport, SAL water transport, and EMS sea transport routes in various countries, the recipient needs to cooperate with customs clearance. If there is any tariff, the recipient needs to pay it by himself. Overtime compensation will be paid in one lump sum according to the total time exceeded after the package is delivered. No compensation can be obtained if you have not purchased the delay protection.
